Responsible Person

Under Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 every cosmetic product on the EU market has a designated Responsible Person.

Ingredients

The full ingredient list, in INCI form, is printed on every carton and tube and is also shown on each product page. Formulations can change between batches. The list on the product you receive is the one that applies to you.

Reporting a reaction

If you experience an undesirable effect after using one of our products, stop using it and contact us at support@helenaskin.com. Tell us the product, the batch number printed on the tube, what happened and when.

We are required to record serious undesirable effects and to report them to the Cypriot competent authority. We take every report seriously.

Animal testing

Testing finished cosmetic products and their ingredients on animals is prohibited in the European Union, and marketing cosmetics tested on animals is prohibited. Our products are sold in compliance with that prohibition.

Storage

Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight. Use within the period shown on the pack after opening.
